Samsung has introduced its new generation of ‘tablets’, who see the light under the name Galaxy Tab 4. There are three new models with 10.1, 8 and 7 inches. All three models come with Android 4.4 operating system and will be available in the second quarter of this year.

The market for ‘tablets’ is still very important for Samsung, which continues to improve its catalog to be even more competitive. The company recently introduced the Galaxy Tab Pro range, but the proposal is still growing.

These 3 new ‘tablets’, which continue the path marked by previous ‘tablets’ of the company. Samsung has announced three models that make up the Galaxy Tab 4 range. It is a terminal of 10.1 inches, an 8 and a 7 inch. All three have Android 4.4 operating system and keep the design line of the latest handsets from the company.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 inch 4 options will have Wi-Fi, 3G and LTE compatibility also. Its processor is a Quad Core 1.2 Ghz.The device screen is WXGA resolution of 1280 by 800. Samsung has confirmed that the posterior chamber of the terminal is 3 megapixels, while the front is 1.3. Rounding out the salient specifications 6,800 mAh battery.

The specifications for models 8 and 7 inches are practically the same. Stresses that in the 8-inch battery is 4,450 mAh.Furthermore, the design of these two ‘tablets’ is different from that of 10 inches, since their natural position is vertical, while in the Galaxy Tab 4 is horizontal.

Since Samsung have highlighted the great potential of these new media devices, as well as multi-window options. The company also said that the Galaxy Tab 4 range is ideal for families and offers interesting services for all ages.

Samsung has ensured for its availability that the new Galaxy Tab 4 will be on the market during the second quarter of this year.We will have to wait to find out the exact date and the price of these new ‘tablets’.
