Twitter has released a new update for its desktop application for Mac .’s version 2.2 includes several enhancements relating to the photographs, the display and languages. Now microblog network supports the new Retina displays for Apple devices as well as support for multiple accounts . The application is still free and can be downloaded from the Mac App Store.
As for the photographs, the application makes the upload process . Adds an option to add photos directly to ‘tweet’ by a camera icon located at the bottom left of the picture editor. Stillremains in force the option to drag and drop the photosthere.
The screen also has some improvement since the application now supports Retina display, which would improve the look of the application in the last MacBook Pro that have this type of screen. The ‘tweets’ will be more crisp and clear in this regard.
Twitter has increased the number of languages in which the availability of its new app, with up to 14 new : in addition to English, are added Dutch, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese , Spanish, Traditional Chinese and Turkish.
Along with these changes, Twitter for Mac provides keyboard shortcuts, support for multiple accounts and Timeline . In addition the app itself comes with some changes to make it more appealing design.
