Hardly have been a couple of months since the launch of the new Kindle Paperwhite , and when we received news that Amazon is finishing design a new model. Supposedly it will be available around the second quarter of next year .
The new reading device would bring improvements in terms of design and hardware components, leaving the software parked for now, given the recent improvement that suffered the operating system and its graphical interface. However it is known that Amazon is working on a new typeface to make reading more comfortable.
The primary objective pursued with this new model is eBook regain leadership in screen quality , since models like the Aura Kobo reaching 265 dpi have taken the lead, even though the supplier of screens is E Ink in both cases. There is talk that the new Paperwhite screen would have a 300 ppp .
The rest would come from improvements associated with its exterior design , with a line that is more akin to the Kindle Fire Tablet, with button on the back and glass screen. It would have haptic controls under the screen that provide a more modern experience that classical physical buttons. Also rumored to have a light sensor to automatically adjust the screen brightness.
If you are thinking of buying an eBook this Christmas and do not mind waiting, this can be a very good option to consider .
