First Smartphone from Panasonic: Panasonic P51

Running on the latest Android OS and with a big, high resolution screen, the P51 join the tablet smartphone range such as Samsung  Galaxy Note 2.

Panasonic launched its first smartphone P51, a stylus pen is also included for note-taking.


The P51 has a large 5-inch HD IPS display with a screen resolution of 1280×720 pixels. This makes it sharp enough for hassle-free video viewing.

Operating System

The device runs on the  Android Jelly Bean(4.2) OS and 1.2 GHz quad core processor. It comes with 4GB internal memory, which is pretty small for a smartphone like this. However, its storage space can be boosted with a micro SD card.

Other Features

Other features include two cameras-8MP at the back and 1.3 MP on the front-with a LED flash. The 8MP camera comes with an autofocus feature.
