According to a study by the University of Goldsmiths in London and Ohio State University, lack of motivation of young people to the study is due to inherited genes.

This was discovered by a study of 13,000 twins aged 9 to 16 years in countries like the US, Russia, Germany and Japan.

The study tried to find that motivation and academic performance were related to the environment of children, however, the study yielded data that is not expected.

According to the Daily Mail website, the researchers found that the environment or teachers are not responsible for the low motivation of young people to study, but the genes.

They found that a specific gene that causes children to enjoy learning.

Given the unexpected conclusion of the study, the researchers noted that more than encourage and motivate young people in the study, has to deal with the reality that everyone is different.
