Twitter has announced the release of version 4.0 of its application for BlackBerry. The company has introduced a new design, in which the contents are organized by tabs similar to the Web version. According to Twitter, this new app “simplifies navigation” and makes it more enjoyable access the service from BlackBerry devices.
In 2013 they released BlackBerry 10 , the new operating system from Research in Motion. However, there is still life for the current version of the OS, which continues to receive news and updates. In this sense, Twitter has not abandoned users of BlackBerry and confirmed the launch of a new version of its app.
The company explained that the aim of updating the application has been redesigned to make it more comfortable and easy to navigate the service. Thus, the version 4.0 of the application of Twitter for BlackBerry incorporates a redesign in which emphasis is placed on organizing tabbed content, as in the web version.
The flanges are introduced as can be found in the standard version of Twitter. In addition to space to see the timeline of news accounts that followed, the tab is called Connect and Discover.
For Connect, it is a space in which to view the “retweet” and mentions the user. In this tab you can filter content to appreciate just some of the interactions, so that it is easier to access the information you want.
